• 2 night minimum stay
• Maximum of 4 people in each pod (lead person must be over 21 years of age)

• We are unable to accept pets
• Arrival times: 15.00hrs - 18.00 hrs
• Any late arrivals must be pre-arranged
• Departure time: 10 am
• On arrival, a key will be located in a code box outside of the pod. We will email you the code at the time of booking confirmation.

If you have a problem with your accommodation during your stay, please advise us and will will resolve it as soon as possible. Please let us know of any damages, breakages or maintenance issues that you may come across.

We expect all of our guests to respect and look after the pod you are staying in. Also, respect other guests and keep noise levels to a minimum after 22.00hrs.

We are a working farm so please keep out of restricted areas of the farm (these will be marked with signs). Please keep out of all fields with livestock grazing in them as farm machinery will be driving through the farm. Please keep away from these at all times.

Children are the responsibility of the parents and must be supervised at all times. Children must not be allowed to wander around the farm on their own.

The property owner takes no responsibility for the personal possessions of the holiday maker. Vehicles and possessions are left entirely at the risk of the holidaymaker.

Should the pod be left in an unsatisfactory condition, deliberately damaged in any way, we reserve the right to charge costs to the payment method on booking. This also includes the theft of items from the pods.
